Important dates

  • Competition closing date: Wednesday, October the 11th 2023
  • Selection date of the 8 selected finalists in front of the jury: Wednesday, the 25th of October 2023 from 10 to 12am
  • Presentation date of the finalists who will be broken by the public at a conference: Wednesday, the 8th of November 2023
  • Prize giving date: Wednesday, the 8th of November 2023, during RENT show

Who can compete?

Companies, French or from abroad, exhibitors at RENT Paris 2023.
The innovation must be operational when applying for the competition and must be related to real estate professions.

The jury

The President of the Jury is the President of the SNPI : Alain Duffoux.

Conduct of the contest

The competition will reward the project more than the innovation itself.

Applying for the competition:

Candidate companies should submit their presentation file on paris.rent.immo in the form of a video of less than 1mn30 and a presentation deck. Both must be received before Wednesday the 11th of October, 2023.

Selection of finalists:
The jury will examine the applications and chose the 8 finalists who will be invited to the public presentation on Wednesday, the 25th of October 2023.

Public presentation & pitches:
On Wednesday, the 25th of October, each finalist will pitch for 5 minutes maximum and answer questions from the jury who will deliberate at the end of these presentations.

The finalists' pitches:
The announcement of the winner and the award ceremony will take place during RENT show, on November 8.
