Send your invitations

This page allows you to send your invitations to the customers and prospects you want to see during the event!

Etape 1

Il est possible de personnaliser votre invitation. Vous pouvez utiliser le modèle d'invitation déjà mis en place par l'équipe RENT ou modifier tout le contenu selon votre envie. Le seul champ que vous devez obligatoirement configurer est l'objet de l'email. Vous pouvez également traduire votre email en anglais. 
Pour passer à l'étape suivant, cliquez sur le bouton "enregistrer".

Step 1

→ Two possibilities:
  • Press the button "import guests": import your excel file with the following information in this order for every guest: first name, last name, email, name of the company.*
  • Press the button "Add a guest" for every guest manually.
*Only the email is mandatory

Step 2

Once the information are filled in, your guests will receive an email so that they can register and receive their badge.
Careful, the invitation email is not sent automatically: email campaigns are sent twice a week.
