Contest objective

The Societal and Environmental Impact Award aims to recognize and celebrate innovative initiatives and projects that make significant contributions to society and the environment. This award honors exemplary efforts that incorporate sustainable and responsible practices, fostering a better future for communities and the planet. Participants are evaluated on the positive impact of their projects, their innovation, sustainability, and their ability to inspire change in their respective sectors. With increasingly dense cities, an imbalanced housing supply, an essential ecological transition, and a sector still plagued by inadequate housing, this is the context in which many stakeholders have sought to innovate to impact the sector both environmentally and socially. 📅 Important dates

  • Closing date of the competition: Monday, September 22, 2025
  •  Date of presentation of the 8 finalists to the jury : Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 09:00 to 12:00am in Procivis' headquarter
  • Presentation of the 2 or 3 finalists to be decided by the public during a pitch in one of the Conference Rooms: Wednesday, November 5, 2025
  • Date of award ceremony: Wednesday, November 05, 2025, during the RENT.

🎯 Who can compete?

Intended for real estate professionals, start-ups, and exhibitors at the RENT Trade Show. This award will recognize the most effective action in environmental and/or social responsibility within the real estate sector, with a particular focus on housing.

The candidate is a company, regardless of turnover or years in business. It stands out through an innovation with significant social or environmental impact potential.

To select the winner, the jury will evaluate the potential impact of the innovation, for example, by examining the projected carbon footprint or the company's business plan.

⚖️ The jury

The jury is chaired by the President of the Procivis network, Yannick Borde. The rest of the jury is currently being assembled.

Competitors will be selected by a jury composed of leaders from the Procivis network and RENT, as well as decision-makers and experts from the Proptech sector.

Finalists will come to the trade show to pitch their solutions and will be subject to a public vote. The jury will consider both the substance and the presentation of the pitches.

To designate the grand winner of the PISE 2025, we needed THE ad-hoc jury, composed of experts, entrepreneurs, and financiers, covering the main professions in the real estate industry.

Send your application

Candidate companies submit their presentation file on the platform, the link to which will be sent to candidates after their pre-registration request. The submission should be in the form of videos ranging from a few seconds to a maximum of one minute, following a template pre-established by the organization. These materials must be received by Monday, September 22, 2025.

Selection of the finalists

The jury reviews the submissions and selects the eight finalists who will be invited to present in the presence of the press and the jury on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Procivis.

Presentation and pitches

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, each finalist will pitch at Procivis and answer questions from the jury. The jury will deliberate after these presentations and select the top 3 finalists who will be presented to the public at the RENT Trade Show.

Finalists' pitch

The announcement of the winner(s) and the awarding of the Prize will take place during the RENT Fair, on Wednesday, November 5th at the Porte de Versailles.
