Important dates

  • Closing date of the competition: Monday, September 21 2026
  • Date on which the 8 demi-finalists will be presented to the jury: Wednesday, October 14 2026 from 09:00 to 12:00 at Orpi's offices in Paris 
  • Presentation of the 2 or 3 finalists, who will be chosen by the public during a pitch in the pitch zone: Wednesday, November 4 2026
  • Date on which the prize will be awarded: Wednesday, November 4 2026, during the RENT Show
🎯 Who can compete?


Competition reserved for startups

Candidate companies, whether French or foreign, must have been created after January 1 2023. The innovation must be operational at the time the application is submitted. The innovation must concern a service for property professionals (real estate agents, property managers, developers, commercial property) and relate to the marketing or management of property. The selection committee and jury have full discretion.

The Jury

To choose THE winning start-up of the 2026 edition, we have brought together an ad hoc jury made up of key figures from the property sector, innovation experts, entrepreneurs and seasoned financiers.

🎁 The rewards

 

The prize-giving ceremony

The announcement of the winner and the prize-giving ceremony will take place during the RENT Paris show, on Wednesday, November 4 2026 
The winner of the competition will be awarded the prize in the presence of the press and real estate professionals. They will be able to present their project to the Orpi committee during an exceptional session reserved for this purpose, and present their products and services to Orpi partners during an exclusive event.

The winner will see its solution integrated in Orpi's offices so that their collaborators can use and try it. A specific communication on RENT & Orpi's social medias will be made to showcase the winner and its solution.

Send your application

Candidate companies submit their preliminary presentation files on paris.rent.immo. They then receive a link to answer questions in video format, and these materials must be received  by Monday, September 21, 2026.


Selection of the finalists

The jury reviews the submissions and selects the eight finalists who will be invited to present in the presence of the press and the jury on Wednesday 14 October 2026


Presentation and pitches

On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Each finalist will pitch for a maximum of 15 minutes and answer questions from the jury, which will deliberate after the presentations. This stage will take place from 9am to 12pm and will be followed by a cocktail reception.


Finalists' pitch

The announcement of the winner(s) and the awarding of the Prize will take place during the RENT Fair, on Wednesday, November 4th at the Porte de Versailles.

To designate THE winning startup of this 2026 edition, we have selected THE ad-hoc jury, composed of experts from our sector, entrepreneurs, and financiers who have been involved in the field for years.
