 Goal

The goal is to showcase the dynamism of the sector by highlighting the best innovations. The winner of this competition will be selected by a jury that, after meeting with the exhibitors who have applied, will choose the best innovations. The award ceremony will take place in the presence of the press, professionals, and the prize will be presented by the president of SNPI.

The competition will reward the business project more than the innovation itself. The jury will focus on assessing the project's potential, the quality of the team, and the value of the proposed solution.

📅 Important dates

  • Competition closing date: Monday, September 22, 2025 
  • Date for presenting the 8 shortlisted finalists to the jury: Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM
  • Presentation of the 2 finalists, who will be distinguished by the public during a pitch in the Pitch Room: Wednesday, November 5, 2025
  • Award ceremony date: Wednesday, November 5, 2025, during the RENT Expo

🎯 Who can compete?

Companies, whether French or foreign, exhibiting at the RENT Expo. The innovation must be operational at the time of the submission of the application. The innovation should relate to a service for real estate professionals (real estate agents, property managers, developers, commercial real estate) and focus on real estate marketing or management. The selection committee and the jury have full authority.   

🚀 The winner

The winner of the competition will be awarded the prize in the presence of the press and real estate professionals. They will have the opportunity to present their project to the SNPI committee during a special session reserved for this purpose, and showcase their products and services to SNPI partners at an exclusive event.   

🎁​ Contest Reward

The winner will benefit from tailored support and several unique opportunities for visibility and networking, both in France and internationally: ✅ Presentation at the CEPI Congress (June 2026): A dedicated presentation (pitch, stand, or other suitable format) in front of an audience of European real estate decision-makers ✅ Or a speech at a CEPI Board Meeting in Brussels (2026): A more institutional format, ideal for projects with a strong regulatory or strategic dimension ✅ Presentation to our experts: In Paris or during an annual seminar abroad – a privileged moment for exchange with industry leaders in the sector.


 Competition process

The competition will reward the business project more than the innovation itself. The jury will focus on assessing the project's potential, the quality of the team, and the value of the proposed solution. The selection of the winner takes place in four stages:

 

Submission of a file

Candidate companies submit their preliminary presentation files on paris.rent.immo. They then receive a link to answer questions in video format, and these materials must be received by Monday, September 22, 2025.   

 

Selection of the finalists

The jury reviews the applications and selects the eight finalists who will be invited to the public presentation on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

 

Presentation and pitchs

On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, each finalist will pitch for 15 minutes and answer questions from the jury, who will deliberate after these presentations. This stage will take place from 2 PM to 5 PM and will be followed by a cocktail.   

 

The pitch of the finalists

The last 2 finalists will pitch on Wednesday, November 5 during the RENT Expo in the Pitch Zone, and the audience will be able to vote to decide between the 2 finalists.

The jury

To designate the winner of this competition and the most promising business project, we have formed an ad-hoc jury composed of experts, entrepreneurs, and financiers, covering the main professions in the real estate industry.
