Nockee is an all-in-one software solution for property rental management: advertising, distribution, application tracking, visit management, and mobile inventory checks. It is designed for traditional agencies, management firms and new agencies alike, and integrates with existing ecosystems via connectors and open APIs.

This award recognises the most effective environmental and/or social initiative in the real estate sector in general and housing in particular.

Kocliko

Kocliko offers a solution for buildings with collective heating that combines sensors, thermal modelling and smart control to reduce energy consumption and allocate heating costs fairly on an individual basis. Kocliko. The company claims average savings of 21% after one year of installation, with quick setup (15 minutes per dwelling) and the ability to distribute costs precisely, taking into account heat transfer between dwellings.

Cycle Up

Cycle Up is a platform and service dedicated to the reuse of building materials: it offers a marketplace for buying and selling materials from construction sites (unsold, surplus, removed) and provides consulting, diagnostics and engineering services related to the circular economy in the building sector.

SIANA

SIANA is an artificial intelligence assistant designed specifically for real estate professionals (agents, brokers) that centralises their data, automates recurring tasks and detects opportunities for new listings. Its main features include automated monitoring (detection of new listings, price drops, etc.), management of prospective buyers (follow-ups, appointments, conversion) and voice-activated updating of client files.

KEYZIA

Keyzia is an omnichannel platform for real estate professionals, which centralises up to 1,000 pieces of data per address and uses around fifteen algorithms to value properties. Thanks to an interactive map and a conversational AI agent, users can explore an address, query data and browse the available real estate information. Founded in 2024, the start-up aims to democratise access to property data and simplify decision-making processes for professionals in the sector.

The Jury's favourites

Each year, the jury selects the finalists, but during the semi-finals, one solution may stand out and particularly impress the jury. In this case, that company receives the title of "jury's favourite". Although these companies cannot win the final prize, they will have the opportunity to pitch on stage at the RENT Exhibition on 5 November.

Foundation: 1% for Sport

The 1% for Sport Foundation encourages companies to donate 1% of their turnover to fund meaningful sports projects (inclusion, innovation, regional development), while benefiting from a structured CSR framework. In particular, it aims to perpetuate the legacy of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games by supporting local associations and making sport accessible to all. It acts as a bridge between the business world and the sporting arena, supporting social initiatives and certifying programmes according to impact criteria.

La plateforme EvaPayRent est un logiciel dédié à la gestion immobilière : suivi des biens, automatisation des loyers, écritures comptables et gestion des incidents. Elle intègre aussi des fonctionnalités pour le coliving/colocation : gestion des chambres, des baux partagés, de la vie commune. Elle s’adresse aux agences immobilières, propriétaires et locataires, avec un espace dédié pour chacun et une volonté de centraliser tous les flux et documents.
