Description

E-learning training and TRACFIN requirements Discover how Akadémie, the e-learning platform dedicated to real estate professionals, makes training simple and flexible while helping users meet regulatory requirements. This session will present how the platform works before addressing the obligations of real estate professionals in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT/TRACFIN). We will also see how Akadémie supports professionals through training dedicated to TRACFIN requirements, complemented by annual regulatory monitoring with TRACFIN 2026, then 2027 and the following years, to keep their knowledge up to date and help them adapt to regulatory changes.
