Olivier Descamps is Managing Director of iad France. Since 2019, he has been bringing his experience in network development, management, and business transformation to the Group’s leading market.
Before joining iad, he held several senior leadership positions in well-established companies, notably within the Apages Restauration Group and the Akéna Group. Throughout his career, he has specialized in supporting growth, leading networks of entrepreneurs, and driving strategic transformations.
At iad, he supports the day-to-day development of the French network and the evolution of the business model. Convinced that the future of real estate lies in entrepreneurship and human expertise, he works to create the best conditions for iad advisors to succeed and to enhance the appeal of the profession.
His ambition is to continue democratizing real estate entrepreneurship by enabling everyone to build their business independently while benefiting from the strength of a collective, innovative tools, and high-level support.
