Description
After studying private law and completing postgraduate studies in business strategy, Émilie Viala began her career in human resources and legal affairs before joining a family business in Montpellier. After settling in the Landes region, she discovered real estate in 2013 by joining a network of independent agents, then in 2015 created her own network, Home Land Transaction. In 2022, the merger with Noovimo led to the creation of Noovimo Sud-Ouest, where she became managing director. There, she has developed an approach based on support, training, and close relationships with independent advisors.
At the same time, she joined the board of directors of Medef Landes in 2019 and in 2026 became president of the Femmes du Medef des Landes network.
