I have nearly ten years of experience in business development in the residential real estate sector, and I have built my career around two complementary areas of expertise: managing sales teams and optimizing financing solutions to support home ownership.
After nearly five years at Catella Residential as Sales Director, I joined Cogedim in January 2022, where I took charge of the commercial operations for the inner suburbs of Paris, leading a team of 30 people across a territory generating more than €70 million in operating profit.
In 2023, against the backdrop of a real estate market crisis, I played an active role in creating the Cogedim Access offering and developing strategic partnerships with Crédit Agricole Île-de-France and LCL Habitat. These initiatives made it possible to offer an innovative packaged financing solution for first-time buyers, fully integrated into the prospect and customer journey.
Today, as Commercial Director for Northern France and Director of Altarea Solution Financement, the financing division dedicated to the Cogedim and Histoire & Patrimoine brands, I place financing at the heart of the commercial strategy and buyer support process.
